Managing Director

With strong and dynamic inter-personal skills and the ability to facilitate collaborative and positive outcomes between stakeholders, Sean joined MSLR Limited in April 2023 as the Managing Director. He has 30 years’ work experience across Australasia, Pacific, and Middle East, with 14+ years’ proven group / corporate / senior management leadership with both renowned global and international regional organisations. Construction project experience includes large-scale infrastructure, and buildings including mega shopping mall, air and rail transport terminals, and Data Centres. In addition, he brings experience in operational and facilities management of high-profile public and private locations. His academic qualifications include Master of Business Administration from University of South Australia, and degrees in Environmental Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Management, and Industrial Engineering.

Director and Chief Executive Officer

Greg is an Electrical Design Specialist and has assisted Colin Jenner from the initial development of the MSLR concepts. Until April 2022 Greg was the owner of a successful radio communications business (22 years) and prior to that worked in electrical and electronics organisations in the public sector. Greg was the Principal Electrical Engineer for the design of Auckland and Christchurch Tramways electric traction supply and contact system.

Colin Jenner

Director

MSLR Limited was founded in August 2003 by Colin Jenner, a Member of Engineers New Zealand. Formerly as Company Managing Director, Colin was responsible for the development of the MSLR concept. Initial work on the Project was undertaken in January 2003, at the suggestion of Sir John Davies, a former Mayor of Queenstown. Part time work on the MSLR Project has continued for the past 20 years investigating various options. Colin has over 50 years of experience in the Management of major Civil and Mechanical Projects, including 33 years with leading New Zealand Tunneling Contractor, McConnell Dowell Corporation. His assignments have included Projects, in Australasia, the Pacific. In April 2023 Colin stepped down as Managing Director of MSLR Limited, but remains a Director of the Company.

Lester Neumann

Non-Executive Director

Lester holds the position of Finance Director with MSLR Limited. Lester is an economist with 30 years experience in project evaluation and development, including 15 years with the Asian Development Bank. He has been responsible for the statistical data analysis, financial modelling, and has played a vital role in the MSLR concept development.
